Has good knowledge on web, server &amp; data technology stacks. - Should have worked on multiple products /projects. Worked closely with customers. - Experience on cloud and microservices. Technical Skills - Should have had solid experience as a sr. developer/ architect. - Has a good understanding of technologies across the spectrum for Enterprise Software development, preferably in B2B and/ or B2C space. Well versed with current technology developments (Responsive UI, Mobile, API Management, Cloud, Big data, Analytics, Configuration Mgmt). Should have a specific area of expertise (Angular JS/ extJS/ CMS/ IOS/ Android/ eCommerce/ API Management/ ESB/ Hadoop/ Spark). - Strong middle ware back ground such as SoA, ESB and EAI/ EDI - Has good knowledge of Java/.Net or Open source technology stack. Is expected to have a good knowledge of UI Development and RDBMS. - Good to have Exposure to distributed processing - Has worked on multiple projects/products and was involved in implementing business solutions. - Desirable to have exposure to Big data and NoSQL technology areas. - Desirable to have product engineering experience - Desirable to have had exposure to Agile methodologies Soft/Functional Skills - Must have excellent communication skills with a flair for presentation - both oral and written. - Should have proposed solutions to customers/prospects. Should be ability to relate to customers. - Should have handled or contributed to RFI/RFP responses - Understands the Sales process/cycle in IT space. - Engineering degree from a good school with part time/Full time MBA desirable.
