PRODUCT MANAGER @ INNERSCORE

We are an early stage, well-funded start-up in EdTech. Our approach to EdTech is to redefine the learning experience which sparks lifelong curiosity for a subject while having fun. We are seeking Product Managers to innovate in EdTech and bring out product which makes learning fun. What we are looking in for a candidate:

1. Ability to understand target market segments and works closely with Design, Engineering to drive adoption. Make recommendations to Design for optimizing features for target persona. Communicate, drive decisions with Development to make right decision keeping long term outcomes in mind. Make strong pitch to prioritize right feature with leadership and offer insights which can remove blind spots.

2. Use quantitative and qualitative approach to validate assumptions made for features created and use innovative ways to validate assumptions before building the feature.

3. Work closely with marketing to position the product appropriately in context of features delivered.

4. Culturally aligned to work with Teachers, other teams and create positive energy which enables collaboration around delivering value for Learners, Teachers, Parents on Innerscore platform.

5. Passionate about one defined area in technology which can be gamification, AI/ML or Design. The candidate need not know the technical aspects but should have a good flair in the subject area. In general, we are looking for someone who fits the bill of being a life-long learners and are living to our motto of "Learning as a skill".

6. Ideal candidate will be someone with 2-3 years of experience in a Product start-up or an established Product company. It need not necessarily be a formal product management role but someone who has connected with customer to build or grow the product along with having a good understanding of product management practices and role with Engineering.

Compensation :

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualification along with stock options which will be given after first year for the right candidate. We are open for candidates who have done hustling in new age start-ups wherein the role might not have been a formal Product manager
