Overview:

- As a Project Manager plays a crucial role and requires close collaboration with Education Analyst and Teachers in ensuring the successful execution of all the initiatives that adhere to the project objectives.

- The Project Manager should have a strong desire for continuous learning and staying upto date with new tools and developments. Also should possess excellent execution skills, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines. Maintain the standards operating system for quality and performance.

In this role you shall be assisting, coordinating with the teachers by collecting required data and to arrange the feedback from student experiments and support the teachers in designing joyful learning journey for students.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Education Analyst and Teachers: shall work closely with Education Analyst and Teachers to understand the project requirements so to ensure the alignment with the educational objectives.

Learner: Curiosity and learning by exploring new tools and development to identify best practices with innovative solutions and to enhance the project outcomes.

Execution Skills: Shall possess strong execution skills, translating ideas and plan into actionable steps. They should effectively manage the project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for achieving the results.

Quality Conscious: Urge to deliver high-quality results within the specified timelines and deliverables. They must establish processes and workflows that promote efficiency, while ensuring the final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Ability to execute at scale: Strict eye on budgets ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. They should monitor, research new tools and AI to make the project effective and reduce cost.

Coordination and Collaboration: responsible for managing coordination and collaboration between cross-functional teams. They will facilitate effective communication, foster a collaborative environment and ensure alignment of project objectives across different departments or teams.

Remote Team Building: ability to build and manage teams with effective communication strategies with all the teachers working remote.

Able to handle bottleneck and propose trade-offs be responsible for key deliverables and deadlines, by prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to optimize team performance.

Your Qualities:

- Need an effective person who has good people skills, problem solving skills, disciplined and an academic oriented.

What We Need:

- Any Masters or MBA

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Work experience of 4-5 years worked in similar KRA
