You will be reporting to the Head - Learning and Organizational Development at InMobi. What you will be doing? In this role, you'll have a greenfield opportunity to design, curate and deliver essential learning programs which are must-have learning experiences for the organization, making sure to standardize employees understanding of values and culture of the organization. You will be a trusted L&amp;D advisor to InMobi's Individual contributors and work in close partnership with the HR colleagues on implementing the best learning interventions to support their business needs. Success for this role will entail having a results-driven pragmatic mind, comfortable in influencing without authority where required and extremely comfortable in a fast-paced environment. - This person will take the ownership of individual contributors employee persona, design and facilitate relevant programs for addressing behavioral learning needs in this level. - Effectively own the development and execution of onboarding learning programs, co-creating with the global enablement team to support New Hires - Partner with external vendor teams to drive the L&amp;D sessions by designing and implementing the framework as per the organizations learning requirement - Curate on-boarding programs, cultural bootcamps, D&amp;I sessions for new hires and current employees. - Maintain close relationships with the L&amp;D team, HRBP team to collaborate with them effectively to help the business functions optimize and leverage the learning interventions/opportunities. - Build and develop relationships with all partners, communicating updates and program information on a regular basis and craft the most effective training strategy and interventions to support behavioral training needs. - Drive org-wide license-based e-learning programs on a regular and creative basis to ensure optimal usage.
