The North America account management team manages revenue operations and relationships with more than a hundred customers in the region (including several Fortune 100 brands), serving them across InMobi's different ad platforms (performance, brand and programmatic). What will you be doing : The Manager-Account Management plays a critical revenue management role at InMobi. He/ she would be leading a team of Account Managers based in Bangalore, who would manage a portfolio of client accounts (focussed heavily on the programmatic side). The Manager will also have to work on his/ her individual accounts while overseeing the work of the team members. He/she is expected to work closely with both external stakeholders (DSPs) as well as internal (supply, product, engineering, marketing, finance and ad ops teams) to drive cross-functional support to maximize revenue as well as grow the customer relationships. He/ she would have to define and drive account growth strategy, revenue planning, reporting and analytics programs, supply and pricing optimization programs, product/ tech liaisoning exercises, apart from people management. The manager would be expected to participate in exec level revenue reporting as well as quarterly/ annual planning exercises for the program. We are looking for a sharp, analytical and growth-oriented professional who can solve complex problems in a structured manner and has experience of working in cross functional roles, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to clients, sales, supply, product teams and to global leadership. The Manager's role is based out of our Bangalore office but will report into the Account Management leadership team based in North America. Key Responsibilities - Lead a team of Account Managers to manage a portfolio of programmatic client accounts - Orchestrate the cross-functional support (supply, product, engineering, and finance) required to manage revenue operations for North American clients - Work on account growth strategy for key programmatic clients, i.e retain clients quarter on quarter and strategize to grow revenue through upselling of new offerings and products - Provide feedback and help shape the product and supply roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends - Drive data analytics to derive actionable insights and shape business decisions - Own weekly reporting and quarterly revenue planning efforts for the accounts portfolio What do we require from you : - 4 - 6 years of experience in a role encompassing account management, revenue operations, data analysis etc, preferably (not mandatory) from digital/ad tech background - B.Tech or B.Sc in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative/ analytical field (MBA very highly preferred) Functional Area: Account Management Ideal candidates must possess: Must haves : - Very high client savviness, extremely strong client focussed attitude - Exceptional analytical skills, high level of comfort with big data and a creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to distill key business insights from data - Excellent communicator, detail oriented, analytical mindset, technical aptitude with a basic to medium level understanding of the digital ad marketplace. - Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning. Should have: - Prior experience of owning revenue delivery for a product/ business line/ account/ geography - Ability to demonstrate the measurable impact of data analytics based optimizations/ experiments on revenue delivery - Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment. Nice to have: Basic to medium proficiency in the adtech ecosystem of brand/ performance business, ad networks/ exchanges, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations, delivery and measurement platforms.
