You will be building the platform for this next generation of commerce, and as part of this, you will - - Manage and deliver commerce revenue across both Glance & Roposo. - Set up the revenue delivery engine across both platforms and work collaboratively with several internal stakeholders (Editorial team, Design, Product and Technology, Data Sciences and Community) and external stakeholders (Brands) to ensure revenue growth. - Define and own different experimental frameworks to identify/ improve revenue opportunities and enable revenue scale-up. - Work on deep data analytics to uncover performance insights and use business levers to optimize and make commercial decisions to unlock revenue opportunities. - Track and resolve brand partner issues in a proactive manner and manage expectations internally and externally for campaign implementation, management, and performance. What is expected out of you? - A strong bias for action. - 3+years of industry experience or in consulting. - Ability to put structure to chaos, multi-task multiple different responsibilities, willing to pick up things in an ambiguous environment. Be exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information. - Strong analytical skills. - Effective and proactive communication skills with a flair for stakeholder management - Tremendous attention to detail, outstanding teamwork, organizational &amp; interpersonal skills. - Prior experience of owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography is a plus
