How does the role look like? InMobi is looking for a passionate HR Generalist to focus and drive a wide variety of HR functions that include the basics (benefits, systems, payroll, Rewards &amp; Recognition), talent related functions (i.e. initiatives around performance management, L&amp;D, engagement and culture). Partner closely with Lead HRBP on implementation of all HR initiatives for the businesses supported. What will you be doing? - Own and administer implementation of all HR org initiatives across the businesses supported - HR Administration: recruitment support, onboarding support, exits, confirmations, payroll input, compliance, MIS reporting etc - Employee communication/engagement: Employee SPOC for any query/issue resolution. Effectively handle employee counseling/ grievance management/ disciplinary action, as the case may be. - Performance Management system: Work with the HR business partner to implement the performance management process for respective teams along with required data analysis and data updation on HRMS - Implement Rewards and Recognition program - Employee Engagement: Responsible for fun at work activities, organizing offsites, townhalls, communication meetings etc - Ensure that all required HR services are provided according to predetermined service levels What is expected out of you? - Thorough understanding of HR generalist functions including: compensation, benefits, performance management HRIS, and administrative aspects. - Excellent analytical skills and natural problem solver - Extremely client-oriented - Excellent ability to organize and communicate concepts both written &amp; verbal - Multi-task, prioritize and own/drive projects to completion - Exercise sound judgment, common sense and maintain confidentiality - Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Hands-on with HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant tracking software (a plus) - Bachelor's/PG degree in related field and/or 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience in various HR functions - Team player with a passion for HR
