InMobi - HR Generalist - APAC (6-9 yrs)
How does the role look like?
InMobi is looking for a passionate HR Generalist to work closely with Senior HR Business Partner- APAC on implementation of various HR initiatives for the Sales & Solutions teams across 9 APAC markets.
What will you be doing?
50% implementation of processes + 20% HR Projects + 30% Core Business Partnering
- Employee SPOC for any query/ first level issue resolution. Effectively handle employee counselling and basic grievance management, as the case may be.
- Implement L&D, Rewards and Recognition programs with business leaders
- Work with the Sr HR business partner to implement the performance management process for respective teams along with required data analysis and data updation on HRMS
- Doing Skip Level Conversations below LT levels towards employee engagement and ensure appropriate actions are identified and executed with business leaders
- HR Analytics and HRMS updation
- Driving regular updates for Cost Analysis and Productivity metrics with business and cross functional teams
- Driving Process related operations (Onboarding, Exit, International Relocation & Immigration and other employment processes like transfers etc)
What is expected out of you?
- Thorough understanding of HR generalist functions including: compensation, benefits, performance management HRIS, and administrative aspects.
- Excellent analytical skills and natural problem solver
- Extremely client-oriented
- Excellent ability to organize and communicate concepts both written & verbal
- Multi-task, prioritize and own/drive projects to completion
- Exercise sound judgment, common sense and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Team player with a passion for HR
