Head - Operations & Strategic Development
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR teams, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between departments to optimise overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, setting targets, and strategies to achieve revenue goals, and ensure the continuous growth of the business.
- Operations Optimization: Streamline and optimise operational processes to enhance productivity and meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Financial Management: Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring financial health and compliance with industry standards.
- Human Resources: Manage HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies across all operational functions.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan, providing insights and recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex operational issues and challenges, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-7 of experience in a leadership role overseeing Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR functions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, operational processes, financial management, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational functions with overall business objectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
