Corporate Relations Manager

Injala is looking for a dynamic Corporate Relations Managers with some Human Resources duties that are performed from its Ahmedabad Office. Unlike a typical marketing role where product or services of an organization are the content for marketing, this role requires marketing the organization and its brand to help attract top talent and help the organization's human capital growth. The candidate will serve as the brand ambassador of the organization, working with universities to recruit top graduate students, manage marketing activities to help brand the organization among the top places to work for in India, manage corporate events, and perform some related human resources activities.

Responsibilities:

As a Corporate Relations Manager:

- You will perform various marketing activities to build the Injala brand among the top places to work for in Ahmedabad, and broader India.

- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationship with universities that are in and around Ahmedabad.

- You will work with university administrators and professors to keep account of top students upcoming graduation or seeking internships, speak with students in auditorium settings along with managers to present why only the best work for Injala, attend career fairs, and recruit students to internship programs.

- Onboard and conduct periodic reviews of Interns and help guide their successful journey from internship to confirmation as full-time employees.

- You will also be responsible for organizing corporate events and various organizational activities to improve social engagement between employees in our growing organization.

- You will play a pivotal role in helping set the culture of the organization as defined by the leadership and as articulated in our branding as the top places to work for in Ahmedabad.

- You will regularly engage with managers and employees at Injala to keep abreast of the pulse of the organization.

- Turn insights into action: You will be responsible for conducting analysis on our data, developing, and structuring strategic insights, and translating these insights into concrete plans.

Qualifications:

- A people's person who has a zeal to connect with people and understand their perspective.

- You thrive in a group setting and have great presentation skills.

- You have experience working for multi-national companies, more specifically US based companies.

- You enjoy working with cross-functional partners.

- You are a curious individual who loves diving deep into a wide range of challenges and opportunities.

- 10+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, corporate relations, or related field.

- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong listening skills: ability to understand the "why" and get to what matters quickly.

- Desire to learn -this role requires a high level of intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to dive into new problems, domains, tools, and techniques.

Level of Education : Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
