Injala is looking for a Business and Financial Accounting Manager for its Ahmedabad Office. - We are seeking a talented individual to join the Business Operations team that has strong Financial Accounting background.

Qualifications :

- You will be responsible for supporting decision-making and overseeing of financial information for United States and India.

- You have strong financial accounting background and have extensive experience with budgeting and forecasting.

- You have experience working for multi-national companies, more specifically US based companies.

- You have excellent business acumen and communication skills.

- You enjoy working with cross-functional partners.

- You love tackling complex problems and developing and implementing data-driven solutions.

- You thrive in the pace of change at high growth tech startups.

- You are a curious individual who loves diving deep into a wide range of challenges and opportunities.

- 10+ years of work experience at a management consulting with a strong focus on finance/accounting.

- Strong stakeholder and project management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to digest complex data and present findings in a clear manner that drives decision making and outcomes.

- Experience with financial and strategic modeling.

- Strong listening skills: ability to understand the "why" and get to what matters quickly.

- Desire to learn -this role requires a high level of intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to dive into new problems, domains, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the point of contact for various internal matters pertaining to the CEO and COO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect executive team's style and organization policy.

- Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes for board meetings. Adhere to compliance with applicable United States rules and regulations with and set in bylaws regarding Board matters.

- You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and outcomes across the business.

- Drive & execute mission-critical projects: You will take ownership in solving the most critical strategic problems from across the business.

- These will be cross-functional, high-impact, and will require answering questions that have never been answered before.

- You'll be responsible for aligning and driving the business to achieve the vision set by the leadership team.

- Turn insights into action: You will be responsible for conducting analysis on our data, developing, and structuring strategic insights, and translating these insights into concrete implementation plans.

- Partner with various teams in the organization to achieve results: You will work closely with senior, cross-functional stakeholders to understand problems, develop critical insights and deliver results.

- You will go beyond the data to dig in and help operationally drive results.

Level of Education : Degree in Finance and Accounting, MBA, or related field.
