Job Description: Inito (www.inito.com) is on its growth path to a 10x scale of its fertility product in the next 12 months primarily driven through digital channels. We are looking for someone to lead digital marketing and help us scale in India and globally, reduce acquisition costs and help Inito become a global leader in the category. Responsibilities: - Define, experiment and improve the conversion funnels on various channels like Google, Facebook Ads, App Store Marketing, Email Marketing etc. - Hire and liaison with various agencies for execution. - Capture success stories from users and doctors and amplify them across various social media channels. - Manage publication of the company blog and content on social media. - Comfortable working with the Engineering team to help automate the marketing on each of the channels. - Manage and setup protocols for customer support to ensure the best user experience possible. Key Requirements: - Strong experience with online marketing (SEO, SEM, Social media, Influencer Marketing etc.) is a must. - 2 - 5 years- experience in digital marketing for a consumer brand/start-up. - MBA from a Tier 1 college preferred. - Strong analytical ability and extremely data-driven. - Resourcefulness- and the ability to 'Get Stuff Done'- on a start-up budget.
