Inhouse Manager - Legal

Our client a leading solar energy company in Delhi is looking to hire legal Manager focusing on Contract and Land due diligence space.

Responsibility:

- Drafting, vetting, negotiation and closure of different business, commercial and financial contracts/agreements including but not limited to Power Purchase Agreements, Share Subscription & Shareholder Agreements, JV Agreements, EPC Agreements, O&M contracts, consensus agreements, MOUs, Service & Supply Agreements, purchase orders etc.

- Must have handled Land related work including TSR, title DD, sales deeds, lease deeds etc.

- Preparing standard terms of the contracts/documents and Matrix to monitor deviations.

- Manage and assist in handling commercial disputes, litigations, arbitration claims.

- Coordination with external legal counsels and law firms.

- Provide support on miscellaneous legal issues as may be brought to as an in-house counsel

Education: Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed university
