Inhouse Lawyer - FinTech SaaS - LLB

One of India's Leading fintech SAAS platforms in Bangalore is looking to hire a lawyers to grow their team

Job Responsibility :

- Handle due diligence for M&A and investments; efficient in contract management and making policies & operating procedures to run and manage a team to see through these assignments and communicate and ensure standardized positions are maintained. Should also be able to handle Fintech + data protection + privacy policy.

1. Competence in a broad range of corporate and business laws and experience in undertaking and executing complex commercial transactions;

2. Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, redlining, analyzing and summarizing various legal documentation such as software services agreements, commercial agreements, share subscription and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, channel partner agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, and software license agreement;

3. Ability to analyses and assess business processes, identify issues and propose pragmatic solutions while possessing a strong legal and business judgment;

4. Possessing an exceptional legal aptitude and acumen in analyzing statutes, regulations and documents while possessing a commercial outlook;

5. A consensus builder with great people skills who can effectively and efficiently collaborate and build relationships with attorneys and business clients at all levels throughout the organization
