- Complete ownership of business including Revenue, Bottom Line and Working Capital Parameters including Ageing, Claims and Inventory.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly achievement of revenue, gross margin, aging and working capital targets
- Able to collaborate with various cross functional teams in sales, buying, operations, claims and finance.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationship at all levels and should be able to communicate and drive key Ingram Micro priorities with vendors.
- Achieve Working capital goals by evaluating different choices. Having in-depth understanding of DSO (Days of Sales Outstanding ), DIO(Days of inventory Outstanding ) and DPO (Date of Payment Outstanding) is a must.
- Able to focus of both short tactical and long term strategic goals.
- Able to own and drive any new initiatives undertaken by the company from time to time.
- Stock and Sales Planning with Vendor and Ingram Sales Team as well as Partners
- Maintain and Develop effective Relationships with Vendor ensuring Focus on Revenue, profitability and Business Growth
- Manage and Support Partners to enhance Market Share for Ingram Micro
- Develop expertise technically and commercially and maintain a broad understanding of competitive Products, Pricing, Technical Specs, Product and Technology Road Maps
- Enabling the Sales Team for increasing Ingram's Partner Foot print
