Job Responsibilities:  - Sourcing Savings Accounts, Privilege Accounts through a team of business development executives   - To control rejection of Account Opening Forms sourced by the team by promoting adherence to process norms   - On boarding calls for FDs and SIP on newly opened Saving Accounts   - To maximize float on accounts sourced  - To improve the efficiency and productivity of the team of business development executives through continuous hand holding   - To stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines in order to educate the team members   - To follow policy guidelines strictly while sourcing Saving Accounts, FDs  Key Skills:  - Ability to manage a team of executives through constant motivation and guidance   - Ability to have a firm grasp on the market to source accounts effectively and efficiently   - Ability to devise innovative sourcing strategies to meet the business targets   Educational Qualification: Graduate /MBA Full Time   Work Experience: 2-6 years experience  Interested candidates can mail their CVs along with the following details:  current role, current organization, total work experience, current CTC and preferred location.
