ING Vysya - Financial Reporting Manager

JOB PURPOSE:

- Responsible for special process improvement projects of Financials reporting section, assist in preparation and review of financial statements on a periodic basis and back-up for Finance related IT activities.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Special projects

- Lead for various special process improvement projects of financial reporting team –

- Developing Accounting Manual

- Implementation of new GL application (ERP based)

- IFRS Implementation

2. Annual Financial Results

- Coordinating with all concerned for the preparation of Bank’s Financial Statements.

- Validation of Bank’s P&L items, including preparation of schedules.

3. Monthly/ Quarterly Financial Results of the Bank

- Preparation of schedules for monthly/ quarterly Financial Statements

4. Audit of Financial Results

- Coordinating with auditors and various departments for timely and smooth conduct of audit/ review.

5. Internal control over Financial Reporting

- Compliance with Clause 49 requirements

- Process improvements including IT systems

6. Back up for Finance IT related activities (FMS, FAS & TULIP)

- Responsible for all Finance IT related activities

EXPERIENCE:

- CA Freshers - Nov 2012 passouts.

Desirable : Articleship from Big 5 companies

Also should be IT savvy. Experience in ERP implementation, applications such as Oracle, SAP etc is preferred
