Responsibilities:  - Data and Project management including: planning, daily status tracking, accounting and budget management, working closely with business customers, and Solution Design team to prioritize tasks  - Infrastructure design covering primarily server, operating system, storage and often database and middleware solutions  - Gathering requirements from clients, measuring, right-sizing resources and working out "fit for purpose" solutions using standard products and services  - Interacting with application teams in understanding the business requirements and translate that into technical solutions   - Interacting with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering in seeking for the right technical solution based on the requirements  - Ensuring quality of implementation, managing growth and capacity, and achieving against performance metrics  - Leading a team of Infrastructure Solution Design Specialists: establishing and motivating team members to achieve team and business objectives, providing guidance and support, ensuring clear communication channels and identifying opportunities for staff to develop  Requirements:  - In-depth functional and technical understanding of the broad IT infrastructure technology stack  - Hands-on working experience in infrastructure technology as well as solution design in Enterprise IT  - Ability to design and deliver infrastructure architecture improvements  - Very good written and verbal English  - Strong knowledge and experience in network topology, Database (Oracle/Sybase/SQL), Virtualization Technologies (ESX), and Cirtrix   - Technical background in Server HW technologies: Sparc, x86, on physical as well as on virtual servers with Solaris, Windows and Linux, storage (DAS, SAN, NAS), and networking technologies  - Server Operating systems internals, benchmarking and performance tuning (Linux, Windows, Solaris) & CPU architectures  - Broad understanding of standard MW components, e.g., DB, Java and messaging, Web applications servers (Apache HTTP Server & Tomcat, IIS, Websphere)  - Strong knowledge and experiences with databases (Oracle & MS SQL; VCS & MSCS; DBaaS)  - Storage background (EMC SAN - FC, FCoE, SRDF; NetApp NAS - CIFS, NFS)  - Knowledge of Networking (Cisco, TCP/UDP, Broadcast/Multicast, LAN/WAN)  - Experience in capacity and performance management, i.e, system measurement, analysis, and sizing, is certainly an advantage  - Customer focus, good communication skills and solid understanding of business application needs  - Ability to facilitate reviews and workshops to deliver infrastructure improvement  - Ability to operate at multiple levels and adapt the approach to solution development and delivery to match the understanding and technical knowledge of the client  Additional assets:  - Bachelor degree in IT  - Experience in working within Investment Banking, Wealth Management business or any similar financial services  - Understanding of financial products  Suitable candidates may contact :  Tushar Uppal, Practice Lead - ITES Antal International Call : +91 22 40634930
