Client Details

Our client is a leading healthcare MNC having operations across the globe. Listed on one of the most famous exchanges around the world, they are one of the largest contributors for Research & development in the biotechnology industry.

Description

- Manage a multi region team and ensure all SLA's are monitored and maintained

- Planning, organizing & managing the infrastructure staff to ensure stable and secure operations of the firm's India IT infrastructure.

- Monitor customer service and maintain the network stability network hardware and software, including servers, voice, PDA's, network nodes, peripherals, terminals and wiring.

- Collects and analyzes network and memory utilisation and installs and tests software upgrades

- Responsible for new project roll outs, IT Purchases, invoicing and purchase orders, vendor payments and vendor management

- Generating various reports and maintenance of IT inventory management

- Manage the Back office infrastructure management with respect to access controls, CCTV

Profile

- Minimum 10 years of overall work experience with Engineering/Science/IT degree

- Rich experience of managing the infrastructure of a good scale

- Cisco (CCNA), VMware, ITIL and Microsoft certifications are mandatory

- Strong Project Management and Vendor Management Skills

- Excellent communication skills
