Infrastructure & Governance Role - BFSI

- Manage and Administer the IT Infrastructure verticals of the Bank i.e. Networking, Virtualization, and storage and server administration.

- Align and develop IT Strategy in line with Business Strategy

- Understand the regulatory reporting and governance process like define KPI and scorecard for vendors SLA, service monitoring, server capacity planning dashboard etc.

- Align with Vendor in defining the cloud strategy inline with compliance and regulatory.

- Assess requirements, design and develop new IT Systems to support the business requirements.

- Upgrade and manage the IT Infrastructure of the Bank

- Manage projects within budgets, set timelines and with required effectiveness and efficiency

- IT vendor management including Service Level agreements, should have hands-on experience in managing vendors

- All IT services and AMC renewal done on time

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, external and internal audits. Also ensure that security/regulatory certifications are met and renewed / updated as per requirement.

- In conjunction with CISO, develop and implement comprehensive IT Security Policy

- Provide key inputs to the Directors, Board and other Senior Management personnel on IT related issues and developments in the banking industry.

- Assess training requirements of the IT personnel and ensure adequate and relevant training is provided to them.

- Keep abreast of IT Developments within the Indian Banking industry.

- Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan

- Be a part of IT committee meetings and advise senior Management on IT Projects and Strategy

- Leadership skills to lead the team and ensure desired performance is delivered by the team.

- Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time
