Description: 1) Leading a team of operation Manager across 5 different locations while constantly expanding and improvising the team 2) To formulate processes in relation to transport sourcing, order fulfilment, billing and payment collection and implement technological tools in day to day operations 3) Strategizing and executing all client account related initiatives from operational troubleshooting to stablizing. 4) To look after client, vendor contracts and ensure proper documentation and processes 5) To provide targets, monitor and trouble shoot operations team on a daily basis 6) To follow up with Sales/BD team for business generation from existing and new clients 7) To prepare Purchase Orders, Quotations and attend client meetings 8) To hire and motivate team for achieving better performance 9) Actively pursue payments and collections and implement credit control 10) To identify new businesses and develop new clients and projects Desired Candidate Profile 1) Candidate from top tier Engineering Institutes - IIT,NIITs 2) Candidate with 5-6 years of operating experience in preferably Mining, Infrastructure companies 3) Candidate who is looking for high growth and rewarding career in a very fast growing company 4) Comfortable dealing with transporters, civil contractors and EPC company personals Preferably some prior experience in such situations 5) Hands person with big picture vision 6) Energetic and entrepreneurial in attitude
