Its a Senior Management Role with significant ESOPs and Fixed Salary as the person is expected to take Senior Leadership Role in short time

The role entails managing the operations - spread over multiple cities

- Managing Day to day operations including team, vendors, customers etc

- Generate Key business insights from the operations

- Conduct marketing and sales activities on regular basis

- Ability to provide feed back in technical product development

- Understanding of Technology and ability to apply Tech solutions to client and vendor related issues

- Excited to work in fast paced start up environment with Hands On Approach

- Looking to become part of building something really big

Its a top management role and requires people who would like to make substantial gains through joining company in a growth phase
