Your responsibilities:
- We are seeking a hands-on Product Operation Manager to lead the team.
Some of the key responsibilities would be:
- Build and manage high-performing teams. Mentor and guide them to success; identify strengths and areas for growth in direct reports and guides them to grow in their careers while being more productive on the team.
- Work closely with Product Managers to plan an effective/efficient Product Rollout
- Work closely with Product Managers to priorities the customer feedback
- Work with product, customer experience, and engineering teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, users impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics.
- Excellent communication and 100% visibility of project status to all stakeholders
- Initiate and drive internal initiatives/results that up-level the Product Operations organization's processes, technology, and ability to deliver a best-in-class user experience.
- Hold regular team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges arises
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific product in a region/zone
- Supervise team members and ensure that timelines are followed.
- Track and monitor product feature usage metrics and DAU/WAU/MAU metrics
- Occasionally travel across Infra.Market offices, to understand business processes, tools and needs, as well as to gather insights from our business users.
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent in a quantitative field
- 10+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations Management, Customer Experience, or equivalent Voice of Customer role.
- 4+ years of experience in managing multiple teams (10 to 15 Members). Should have had progressive career growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate with stakeholders and coach teams.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong preference (though not mandatory) for folks with experience in the Fulfilment/Logistics, e-commerce, and offline retail space.
- Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in a software development and/or software launch readiness role
- Experience synthesizing and presenting complex information to senior leadership in writing and verbally.
- Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and be flexible/nimble.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Cross functional collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Adaptable to changes in product requirements, organizational structures and business conditions
