Infra Transformation Architect

Summary of job description & profile requirement :

Brief Description: This role(s) would require an individual to be the overall Transformation architect(s) for Global Transformation Team. They should definitely be aware of the latest industry trends/standards and they should have carried out Transformation projects in Infrastructure area in the past. They should definitely be Subject Matter Experts in at least Two infra areas.

- Ability to Conceptualize, design and solution Infrastructure Transformation Themes in large outsourcing opportunities

- Will be working on opportunities ranging from $ 50 M - $1 B and will work closely with the Pre-Sales Teams

- Responsible for technical, pricing and transformation solution end to end for the Infrastructure based towers (Data Center, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network, Security etc)

- Should have a very Strong understanding of the transformation trends in the industry.

- Should have the ability to create and differentiate Wipro’s overall solution and value position around, run and operate / transformation for the respective towers. Should be aware of global delivery models (especially the Offshore Models delivered out of India)

- Ability to consult individually on the Transformation areas (Infrastructure) in Large Deals

- Ability to work on advisor led sourcing process and adhere to Wipro’s solution quality standards

- Would be a customer interfacing role and requires strong customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings.

- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode. Should be able to function in a matrix organization

- Technical and Management Certifications would be a major plus point (Eg Togaf, MCSE, CCNA, RHCE, PMP etc.)

- At least 8-16 years’
