- Development of strategy / business plan to build competitive advantage and support strategy execution process for the assigned industry
- Develop a clear understanding of market trends, competitive positioning and internal capabilities to suggest value proposition for firm
- Analyze market segments to prioritize across the assigned industry and geographies
- Evaluate new areas to enter based on competitive presence, size and potential growth
- Support in the creation of financial / business evaluation frameworks to ensure execution of initiatives
- Ensure adherence to strategic planning calendar and processes
- Develop go to market strategy based on competitive bench marking
- Research and monitor market landscape to generate competitive intelligence reports – Generate insights for future opportunities
- Support in conceptualization and execution of special corporate level strategic projects
- Support in the maintenance of the program office to monitor progress, overall calendar, presentations, dashboard for the senior management
- Decide target achievements of key financial parameters for Market Unit and delivery Unit
Education : Engg. + MBA from a premier institute
