JD:
1. Advising the pursuit team on commercial structuring of the deal in collaboration with Tax and Revenue accounting teams.
2. Working closely with the sales and legal teams to negotiate the contracts with the clients.
3. Helping the business teams in understanding and structuring the complex commercial models
4. Representing the finance function on the negotiation table with the clients
5. Analyzing the deal construct/contracts critically to identify the risks and to work closely with pursuit team to come up with mitigation plan
6. Periodic reporting to senior management regarding the key metrics of the deal pipeline
Education:
- Candidate should be a qualified CA.
- Should have cleared Inter and Final in a maximum of 2 attempts each.
Salary: Negotiable
