4 to 8 years of total experience with minimum of 2 yrs of organization effectiveness/HR consulting experience in the area of organization design, manpower optimization. HR transformation, Digital HR, Change Management, compensation &amp; benefits, Competency profiling and talent assessments, job evaluation and compensation &amp; benefits etc. 1. Project delivery : He/She will be expected to work on various organization effectiveness related projects, some of which are mentioned above and would have to execute Infosys's specific approach and methodology while working on these client projects in US/Middle East/APAC/Europe etc. He/She will be expected to conduct stakeholders interviews, FGDs and collect and analyze data to do problem assessment, identify gap and recommend solution. 2. Business development : He/she will be responsible for writing client specific approach notes and proposals and may also be required to support seniors in client interaction/pitch and cross practice/geography/vertical collaborative BD effort by doing secondary research and preparing pitch decks etc. He/she will also support BD efforts of the practice by activity contributing in client reach outs, preparing collaterals, creating presentations for being delivered in industry seminars etc. 3. Thought leadership : Support seniors in writing articles/thought notes, point of views by doing primary/secondary research, collecting and analyzing data and sharing insights from past projects and experience. He/She may also have to support the practice in doing various research studies on organization effectiveness &amp; digital HR topics from time to time as per the annual practice plan. 4. Practice development : Support the development of approach and methodology for newer solution areas in Organization effectiveness and change management domain and also contribute in the refinement of existing methodologies for various work areas. - 9 to 12 yrs of total experience with minimum of 5 yrs of organization effectiveness/HR consulting experience in the area of organization design, manpower optimization. Project management &amp; delivery - He/She will be expected to project manage and deliver various organization effectiveness related projects (some of which are mentioned above) as per client expectations within budgeted effort and committed timelines. - He will be responsible for training consultants on Infosys approach and methodology and would continuously review, guide &amp; supervise the project execution as per project plan and Infosys approach &amp; methodology to ensure timely, quality &amp; profitable execution - He/she will be responsible for the deployment of project plan and interfacing with client's team for scheduling and coordinating interactions, discussions/interviews and organizing various data requirements. - He/she will be responsible for managing client relationship from project execution standpoint and hence will have to continuously update the client on project progress, obstacles and support required. - He/she will have to manage client expectation and ensure zero escalations 6. Business development - He/she will be responsible for reviewing and guiding consultants in writing client specific approach notes and proposals and will have to ensure only high quality winning proposals are sent out to clients. - He/she will be required to do client interaction and proposal presentations from subject matter expertise perspective. - He/she will have to directly work with Principals/Sr. Principals of other practice/geography/vertical on a collaborative BD effort. - He/she will have to support other BD efforts of the practice by activity reviewing and guiding team on activities relating to client reach outs, preparing collaterals, creating presentations for industry seminars, conferences etc. 7. Thought leadership - Monitor and Review the primary/secondary research &amp; content created by consultants to ensure its timely and effective incorporation in articles, POVs and thought notes. - Discuss ideas/topics around which articles and thought notes can be written with senior leaders in the practice and substantiate it's requirement by creating a business case. - Write articles and thought notes (from time to time) on emerging topics of interest for clients that can establish or cement Infosys's standing as a though leader in organization effectiveness and change management domain. - He/She may also have to plan and execute various research studies on organization effectiveness &amp; digital HR topics from time to time as per the annual practice plan. 8. Practice development - Plan and execute Development of approach and methodology for newer solution areas in Organization effectiveness and change management domain and also lead the refinement of existing methodologies for various work areas. - Continuously train and upskill consultants in existing and newer approach and methodologies pertaining to different areas in Organization effectiveness and change management domain
