Principal - Business Consulting- Digital & IT strategy (Manufacturing/ Retail / CPG/ Telecom/ Media/Banking)

We are looking for smart, self-driven, focused, high energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and expertise in organizational transformation through digital & IT strategy.

- Digital Strategy - Digital strategy formulation at the corporate and business level preferably with CXOs to impact key business metrics, experience in the planning and development of digital ecosystem

- Business - IT Strategy - Experience of formulating 3-5 years Business-IT strategy for industry sector clients encompassing - business process study, gap analysis, enterprise architecture, application rationalization, IT landscapes, knowledge of best-in-class solutions, business case preparation

- Digital Process innovation: Experience in digitally enabled process re-engineering and new business models leveraging SMAIC- (Social, Mobility, Analytics, IoT and Cloud)

- Customer Experience design: Assess customer journey maps and expectations, benchmark practices for enhancing customer experience (internal and external), new business and revenue models, and commerce channel for both B2B & B2C industries

- Digital Implementation: Experience in medium-to-large scale end-to-end digital transformation for a retail, CPG, Telecom or Banking clients

The ideal candidate will have

- Overall experience of 8-12 years, with 6+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA, Past experience setting up /leading a high performance team and building a practice on digital and IT strategy.

- A recognized leader in the Digital space, working with clients to shape their Digital Transformations, specializing in Omni-Chanel Commerce (B2C, B2B and B2B2C), Digital Marketing, Mobility and Digital Collaboration.

- Proven experience leading successful customer engagements Work with clients to transform the way their customers experience, interact and engage with them through digital channels.

- Have excellent consulting and thought leadership skills on emerging mobile technology space (Especially on customer Business need, Plan, Strategic Thinking, Analyzing business cases for arriving at technical requirements based on feasibility study

- Customer experience strategist and customer centric digital design and architecture with a specific focus on delivering business value through improved multi-channel customer experiences. Strong understanding of how the customer experience translates into value for customers, value for the business and how it is best delivered by technology.

- Extensive experience transforming digital channels across Retail, Retail Banking and Telecommunications and leveraging ideas between industries.

- Experience shaping Omni-channel strategies and help address the organizational, business process and technology ecosystems to achieve their goals, design their digital marketing strategies to drive greater synergy across their digital assets Digital Transformation

- Experience with Digital &Enterprise Mobility Solutions leading Consulting, Technical Architecture, Delivery and generating alliance based business growth. Have solutionized and delivered projects in IOT, NFC, Mobility, RFID and Barcode implementations across Industry verticals - Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, Telecom

- Expertise in - cloud, mobility, analytics and social- via consulting, software applications and platforms, managed services and business integration. Experience in implementing and defining mobility road map and strategy for enterprise customers.

- Experience in emerging technology such as the IoT domain. Have delivered innovative technology solutions that solve complex problems and provide genuine value to clients worldwide. Technologist with expertise in enterprise solution development & integration. Systems Development & Solutions Engineering - Architecture, software & hardware building blocks, Technology & GTM Alliances framework, Strategic partner.

What will you do-

At Infosys Consulting - India Unit, you will:

- Be responsible for business results to small-medium-large sized companies across India in one or more of the following sectors: Manufacturing / Retail / CPG/ Logistics / Communications / Media & Entertainment/ Banking / Insurance

- Lead / contribute to digital sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives. Responsible for defining Digital offerings, Digital transformation Roadmap & Digital Innovation methodologies. Key role in Sales, Solution & Delivery for Digital Business.

- Work with clients in shaping their enterprise digital mobility strategy Help business innovate on the future of industry to become more profitable and improve their performance, solve complex industry and market related challenges.

- Be able to independently lead small, medium and large digital engagements for clients

- Responsible for envisioning, solutionizing large digital engagements architecting To be digital landscape from multi-channel solutions, IoT platforms, API management to digital marketing with best suited solutions in fast evolving digital world including aspects of organizational alignment, mobile platform and architecture standards, business case and roadmaps.

- Be a competency leader in driving and building digital horizontal across the practice, Guide the Digital Consulting team on strategy & roadmap, maturity assessment, product consulting in Financial Services, Telco, Retail and / or Manufacturing

- Through design thinking workshops with clients, drive the cultural customer centric mindset with digital than an enterprise centric process view exploiting potential opportunities through an innovative journey, from ideation to commercialization.

- Lead engagements in a cross functional delivery model, working with consultants and functional / technical teams

- Participate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral program
