We are looking for people with a deep understanding of insurance industry and in-depth expertise in one or more of the following areas :

Life & Annuities :

- New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims Administration for Open and Closed books across Traditional Life, Variable Life, Fixed Annuities, Indexed annuities, Variable annuities, Structured Settlements, Qualified and non-qualified retirements products, Regulations and compliance.

Property & Casualty :

- New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims for Personal and Commercial Lines, Workers Compensation, State Regulation and compliance.

Reinsurance :

- Treaty Building, Treaty Administration, Contract Administration, CAT modeling, Claims Management, Commutations, Billing, Retrocession and Run-offs, Statutory Reporting

Horizontal consulting in insurance :

- Program Management, Change Management, Process Consulting, IT Strategy, Operations Strategy, Information Management (BI/DW)& Analytics, Digital Transformation

Industry Products : Guidewire,DuckCreek, IDIT, Insurity, Majesco, CSC, eBao, Oracle, ALIP, OneShield, StoneRiver, LifePro, SAP and others

What will you do :

At IC-Insurance, you will :

- Be responsible for the delivery of business results to leading insurance and reinsurance companies

- Serve as a team member, track lead or engagement lead on business consulting engagements for clients.

- Execute or lead consulting engagements in a global delivery model,working with consultants across regions.

- Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives.

- Analyze problems, and structure complex business analyses.

- Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies.

- Work with cross functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options.

- Create detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, competitive strategies, and alliances to embark on a new strategic direction and to enable successful deployment of solutions.

- Lead client workshops to collaborate with client employees and educate them throughout the process.

- Participate in a variety of Firm building events and the consultant referral program.
