Business Consulting- Consumer & Retail Banking

We are looking for smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated, high energy people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for the retail and consumer products industry practice. Our consultants have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in one or more areas of Retail and Consumer financial services products, strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills

What do we require?

The candidate is expected to demonstrate excellent core competence and experience in delivery of the full lifecycle of Consumer and Retail banking value chain transformation. Additionally, we are looking for people with the experience and skills in developing business relationships at all levels, including leading and working in teams to deliver great work. The successful candidate shall possess:

- Overall experience of 3-15 years, with at-least 3-10 years of experience post in Consumer and Retail Banking domain

- Must have hands-on experience of working on Finacle core banking system

- Consulting advisory experience post MBA with top consulting firms/ business transformation group/ advisory group of banks

- Experience in banking products and services such as Digital Banking, Retail banking, Consumer banking, Payments, Cards, CRM & Loyalty and Channels(any one or more)

- Experience in leading engagements in areas such as Business strategy, operational excellence, performance benchmarking & improvement, customer experience and Omni channel design, IT transformation, Cost optimization, Digital strategy for large financial sector players

- Exposure to horizontal consulting in financial services: Business process reengineering, Data analytics , Market entry & Growth Strategy, Business model innovations, Sales and operations efficacy improvement, Customer experience design, Operating Model Design, Digital Strategy & roadmap, Social banking and analytics, Fintech ecosystem design and execution, Tech. strategy, portfolio cost optimization and Program (any one or more)

- Exposure to Open banking, Automation, Cloud transformation, digital fast forward projects (any one or more)

- Establish connects with large clients - strong ability to build and manage client relations

- Good consulting skills and knowledge of financial industries processes & best practices

- Have excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management skills and strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels across Banking & Financial Services verticals

Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels and processes and exposure to global best practices and trends desired

What will you do?

At Finacle Consulting Group, you will:

- Be responsible for delivering complex engagements for large-medium-small sized companies across the globe in one or more of the following sectors: Banking / Financial Services

- Be responsible for developing effective senior (CxO) relationships in clients and business development target organizations

- Independently lead client CXO conversations, build proposals & solution approach, lead design thinking workshops and solution design, lead consulting engagements and the project teams.

- Contribute to account mining and relationship activities with value scan , health check diagnostics , benchmarking and opportunity assessment and presentation to clients .

- Advising clients on future of industry with future of technology, vision and strategy in complex stakeholder environments

- Lead complex transformation projects through the full lifecycle of banking/financial services value chain

Communicating complex concepts and solutions in a compelling and straightforward way, yet underpinned by a strong grasp of the detail

- Influencing stakeholders and non-technical team members

- Contributing to the profile and reputation of Finacle Consulting Group through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers and conference speeches

- Mentoring a team of high performing consultants

Drive next generation banking thought leadership , contribute to building business strategy/ value led propositions, accelerated solution design capabilities for banking transformation engagements to deliver faster projects.

- Proactively work with the product innovation teams to build the next generations banking capabilities on the Finacle platform.
