The aim of Business Transformation Services (BTS) at Infosys BPO is to drive Business Process Transformations for our clients. This practitioner led end-to-end transformation leverages various in-house and external established approaches such as Business Value Realization, Process harmonization, Six Sigma/Lean, etc.  The team focuses on advising clients in the Shared Services areas which includes defining the vision/strategy, defining and implementing a road-map, process re-engineering in various functional areas including Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, HR and also to key industry segments including Banking and Insurance. In addition to this our Consultants work in tandem with pursuit teams across the globe to enable path breaking winning proposals for our BPO business.  One key area of BTS is to drive end-to-end transformation through Joint Transformation Boards with our strategic clients wherein the sole focus is to systematically evaluate the entire value chain, identify and implement change enablers that impact business metrics and not just process metrics.   This role will work our Principal Consultants and extended teams in the areas mentioned above. Key activities will include being in pursuits to open new logos and also delivering re-engineering projects for our key strategic accounts or as stand-alone advisory projects.  Key Areas of Responsibilities:  - Consulting Delivery   - Project Management   - Thought Leadership   - Practice Development   - Bids & Proposals  - Personal billable utilization.  Required Knowledge & Skills:  - Practitioner led Consulting experience   - In-depth knowledge / project experience Deep Domain Expertise in one the following areas : F&A, Supply Chain Management(Sourcing & Procurement or/and Supply Chain & logistics), Shared Services and process re-engineering  - Experience in solution design & pre-sales activities.   - Cross cultural, Analytical, Negotiation, Presentation and Business development skills.
