Required Skill Sets :&nbsp; - Candidate should have over 7 years of experience in the S2C space with hands on experience of managing large clients - Should have led some high impact process improvement and automation projects which resulted in significant savings at client's end - Must have sound knowledge of the Digital Transformation Landscape in the S&amp;P domain through latest technologies, platforms, tools - S&amp;P BPO operations experience across Category management support, sourcing support and end to category management for low value spend categories - Tail Spend, IT, MRO, Capex etc. - Hands-on experience of procurement platforms e.g. Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Buyer, Coupa, SAP-SRM etc. Business finance and commercial models understanding relevant to S&amp;P (e.g. cost break down sheets, TCO analysis, supplier comparison weighted average models etc.). - Prior experience to creating global and regional category strategies based on supply market research. - Evaluating category and supplier performance. - Evaluate overall sourcing and procurement performance. - Service Delivery/Consulting background. - Familiar and comfortable with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, MS Excel &amp; MS Access). - An effective communicator with strong interpersonal/presentation skills and ability to relate to people across hierarchical and cultural settings - Ability to influence, drive and work in a matrix organization - Ability to work largely as an individual contributor Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Support the Practice/ Engagements &amp; SD Team - - To manage operational deliverables in terms of targets, including quality targets for a specific (sub) process on a day-to-day basis - Identify areas of improvement in the process, based on gaps in quality and delivery - Maintain a close relationship with appropriate client stakeholders to resolve operational issues - A keen eye with a flair for designing and implementing operational interventions systematically in order to achieve accelerated growth of the business. - Spend Analysis and Opportunity Assessment - Pilot RFx, Auctions, etc. - Process Mapping (As Is - To Be) - Market Analysis / Supplier Profiling - Transition and related activities - Any other initiatives supported by the practice Support S&amp;P Center of Excellence - - S&amp;P Benchmarking - External / Internal Benchmarks. Research and understand external benchmarks (CAPS, Hackett, APQC etc.). - Understand client needs, develop benchmark framework, and drive efforts to collate benchmark data across global engagements, analyse and provide insights on trends, best in class practice, evaluate potential improvements in process by comparing with internal / external benchmark data. - Publish Benchmark reports to stakeholders - Delivery, Practice and Solution Design. - Support development of S&amp;P solutions with innovative ideas by close coordination with Solution Design team. - Develop S&amp;P Business value delivery framework / articulation and drive effective adoption across Solution design, Delivery and Sales team. - Drive Domain Training &amp; Category council objectives by collaborating with Category Leads, Delivery teams and diverse team of Category Experts. - Manage stakeholder expectations from Solution Design, Services delivery, Practice through PDCA (plan-do-check-act) approach - Research and bring out best practices based frameworks, approaches for Sourcing as well as Procurement streams. - Research market &amp; Identify new technology solutions and support development of market differentiated solution along with Solution design team. - Calculate sourcing, transaction and compliance level savings based on benchmarks and guidance from experts within the team - Create and collate case studies from existing S&amp;P operations, write S&amp;P centric POVs, Blogs and support other promotional channels to generate market visibility - Take up short term on-site projects as a consultant as and when required - Any other CoE activities like - Creation &amp; publication of Newsletters, support analyst firms RFI response and survey requirements, maintaining the Knowledge Management Portal, CoE Cloud, Domain training, Practice Ambassador Program etc. Certifications :&nbsp; - CPSM is strongly preferred - Lean Certified Professional, Quality - PMP certification will be an added advantage
