Job Level: 5A  Role Designation: Senior Legal Counsel  Base location: Bangalore - Electronic City  Shifts: General  Reporting: Global Head of Contracts  Purpose of the Role :   The current position is for a lawyer who will work as a part of the Infosys BPO Commercial Contracts Legal team. The Commercial Contracts Legal team supports the Infosys BPO and its subsidiaries customers globally. The broad nature of work will be reviewing, drafting and negotiation of ITES contracts and advisory on related issues.  Education & Experience :  - Minimum 15 years of education  - Law Graduate  - Minimum 5 years of experience post qualification  Roles and Responsibilities :  - Drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts related to Master/Professional ServicesAgreement, Outsourcing Agreements, Framework Contracts, Product Licensing Agreement, Platform Subscription Agreement, Co-Creation Agreement, Reseller Agreement, Annual Maintenance Contract, Support Services Agreement, Teaming  - Agreement, Sub-Contracting Agreement, Escrow Agreement, Work Orders, Statement of Works, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc. for providing IT-based solutions and services to the end customers;  - Review of the RFP/ RFI's received from customers and advising the business teams for submission of proposals keeping in mind Company's standard risk matrix.  - Acting as a legal point of contact for assisting the business and responding to their legal queries; effectively managing internal and external stake-holders solutions.  - Respond and provide solutions to legal queries posed by the business teams in relation to the contractual agreements and related terms in the ITES domain.  Key Skills :  - Experience in managing a team would be preferred  - Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and an eye for detail; self-starter, problem solver and ability to work with minimal supervision;  - Work efficiently and complete tasks under tight deadlines
