The DBS team acts as a:   a) Provider of digital business services across multiple channels and industry verticals covering content management, digital marketing and digital insights. The digital marketing arm covers a range of services including display ads, email campaigns and social media campaigns.   b) Ensuring uniform customer experience   c) Providing scalable & flexible global delivery   Location: Chennai, India   Responsibilities:   - Responsible for maintaining a digital presence and handling campaign management, content marketing, email marketing and SEO/SEM management.   - Conduct market analysis and provide opportunities assessment in Digital services outsourcing, consulting and applications market niches.   - Understand & document client/prospect requirements (objectives, challenges, deliverables etc.) through RFx documents, emails, and other collaterals/information gathered etc.   - Create structured Digital service proposals/solutions independently and with innovative ideas.   - Present proposals/solutions to clients/prospects/internal stakeholders in a way that articulates value delivery from Infosys clearly.   - Manage internal stakeholder expectations (comprising mainly of sales, services delivery, operations, digital practice) through PDCAF (plan-do-check-act-feedback) approach.   - Research and bring out best practices based frameworks, approaches.   - Calculate transaction and compliance level savings based on benchmarks, heuristics and guidance from experts within the team.   - Write digital- centric POVs, blogs & support other promotional channels to generate market visibility.   - Support Digital service discovery, due diligence (DD) and transitions.   - Take up short to medium term on-site projects on consulting/billable basis as and when required (this will offshoring feasibility studies, transformation projects).   - Travel (international and domestic sectors) for average 20% - 30% of the time.   What are we looking for in you?  - Full time Bachelor's Degree + Master of Business Administration (MBA) with minimum related work experience of 10 years (preferably in an outsourcing or shared services environment)   - Digital services experience in consulting/outsourcing/shared services environment is preferable; experience in a digital (marketing) agency would also be desirable.   - Should have experience in handling Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFI).   - Experience in handling campaign management, content marketing, SEO & SEM.   - Excellent Communication, Presentation and Client Interfacing skills
