Infosys BPO has requirements for the role of Manager and Sr. Manager - Quality (Lean) in Bangalore and Pune Location.

Responsibilities:
Manager - Quality (Lean)
1. Work as Lean Champion for defined scope
2. Mentor and Lead Lean Projects
3. Identify improvement opportunities through lean approaches line VSM etc.
4. Conduct Lean trainings
5. Prepare Process Excellence and Transformation strategy for given scope
6. Work with client to drive improvements in value stream
7. Perform data analysis to provide business insights
Sr. Manager - Quality (Lean)
- Identify high impact improvement opportunities (Transformation) through Lean approach by facilitating discussions with Sr. Mgmt & clients
- Scope out Transformation projects through Lean
- Create Transformation project plan/ SOW
- Lead complex Lean projects
- Train stakeholder & Facilitate improvement projects for application of tools, methodology and project timelines
- Viewed as continuous improvement & transformation expert.
Certification: Lean certified from a recognized institute
Domain(s): Manufacturing/BPO/Automotive
