Infosys BPO - Associate/Senior Associate Consultant - Quality

Infosys BPO Bangalore has requirement for a Associate Consultant / Sr. Associate Consultant for Quality and the position would be based out of Pune.

Please refer below to the Responsibilities & Domain required :

- Identify &scope out a simple or semi-complex project based on biz requirements/ benefits -25%

- Create SOW, Project plans - 10%

- Lead semi-complex project - 25%

- Facilitate meetings with sponsors, coordinate with lead developer for automation/STAR execution- 25%

- Identify & drive implementation of best practices - 15%

- Should be currently working in PI in full time and Driving Lean six sigma projects

- Should have been mentoring other team for Lean six sigma project (Superficial mentoring such as helping in documentation would not help)

- Ideally should be black certified if not possible then should be black belt trained from reputed institution

- Should be working as Six sigma practitioner and should have good command on expected statistical tool such as Probability distribution, MSA, Hypothesis test, regression etc.

- Should be well versed in Lean Tool such as VSM (Superficial knowledge would not help) and other Lean tool

- Should be well versed in Statistical Software tool such as Minitab (or similar tool such as JMP etc.)

- Should have conducted Idea generation for organizations

- Should be worked and helped organization with Business value articulation projects

- Should have been working with Operation stakeholder and client for project summary and relevant approvals.

- Ideal candidate is expected to have good communication and reporting skills for project execution

- Ideal candidate is from BPO industry, however good candidate are welcome from all domains (including manufacturing)
