Role Summary: - To execute and prepare Management reports for strategy related projects, and cross funtional initiatives. To facilitate the succesful execution of department events and processes. Job Description: - Strategy Research : Analyse research data, elicit insights and prepare management reports in order to aid strategy formulation and/or assess effectiveness of strategy execution. Building financial models for strategic initiatives in order to perform sensitivity analysis. - Competition Intelligence : Collect and analyse competitor data, elicit insights and prepare management reports in order to help business units prepare action plans. - Strategy Execution Assurance : Collect and analyze internal company performance data in order to prepare corporate scorecards and dashboards for executive management. - Unit Planning Assurance : Collect and analyze account and unit plan data in order to assist in overall corporate FY planning - Talent Management : Guide and assist team members in performing their work in order to help them develop requires capabilities. - Department Management : Complete assigned tasks on time and with quality in order to facilitate the successful execution of department initiatives, events and processes.
