Associate Consultant - Business Analyst Role- Tiered MBA colleges) Please note that application from Tiered MBA colleges will be given preference Education Background: BE/B Tech + MBA Responsibilities: - Work as a partner to Client business stakeholders/Program Managers, Process owners and other stakeholders to identify, develop and drive key projects/metrics/reports relevant to the business. - Define and execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights for Business owners - Perform proactive investigation, reporting and trend analysis on different Operational metrics - Prepare engaging presentations, reports and showcasing impact / actionable - Drive daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly operations performance reviews as needed - Should be flexible with work timings and be ready to work with deadlines and global stakeholders Desired / Preferred Skills: - Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrated impact analysis and gap analysis - Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Good exposure to Google Docs - Strong attention to detail - Good knowledge of writing/executing SQL queries - Knowledge of macros for automation related work would be a plus
