Infostretch is seeking a world class leader for leading our delivery. This position would be based out of Pune, India.

Minimum Qualifications:

- An MBA or Masters CS degree from a reputed school.

- Proven experience with a leading product engineering outsourcing services firm defining delivery strategy and implementation

- Experience managing digital engineering including but not limited to Product Engineering, Cloud development, full stack development, data engineering, Quality engineering and DevOps.

- Effective team builder of go-getting teams, with can do attitude, customer centricity and superior technical capabilities. An enabler at heart, who constructively works cross functionally to create deep synergies with in delivery and related functions.

- Strong experience creating an operating platform with measures of progress for projects and accounts. Good understanding of project metrics and reporting capabilities for effective decision support.

- Experience working closely with a sales organization; solutioning, estimations process and manage effective transition to delivery multimillion deals

- Strong understanding of cloud environments, PAAS, serverless/micro services architectures, Client/Mobile applications, Social platforms and business use cases utilizing the above

- Sales driven, go getting attitude with a solid foundation in technology

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Planning and Strategy

- Creates annual business plans for delivery. Defines relevant org structure,

- Participates in definition of strategic vision for key accounts. Leads from the front guiding its implementation internally and at the customers.

- Creates and Implements the execution plan to meet strategic objectives and achieve growth while maintaining profitability goals. Gets measured on revenues delivered, margins and customer satisfaction goals.

- Works collaboratively with sales and account managers to ensure that the right assets are created and utilized.

- Takes active role in recruitment and works closely with recruitment team to create strong delivery team

2. Delivery Management

- Ensures sound delivery, works with account management and delivery management to ensure successful and growing customer engagements.

- Runs an effective cadence to ensure right metrics for delivery emerge from a tracking dashboard and communicates action plans effectively to executive team

3. Process, Technology and People Management

- Collaborates with concerned rest of organization to create and observe strong development, technical and delivery process

- Partner with HR for effective and Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff

- Ensures Employee development, training and growth.

- Participates in effective execution of Performance management and improvement of teams. Fosters a high achieving delivery organization through constructive feedback and mentorship.

4. Misc.

- Be the spokesperson for the customers as a strong leader that industry and internal teams look up to.

- Fosters external relationships in the ecosystem to strengthen Infostretch brand, eco system leverage and value in the subcontinent.
