Information Technology Leader - Medical Devices

Our client is one of the world renowned Medical Devices company with operations in various related fields. The company is looking for the profile of IT Leader to look after IT business.

Job Description:

- The position will be directing working with HR and IT leadership team to form strategies which align with business and IT strategy.

- Set up the mission and vision of the IT organization

- Develop the IT strategy and roadmap; ensures its integration with the enterprise's strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans.

- Build & maintain leadership business partners/leaders in the region to develop the digital business strategy and meet other needs.

- Keep a check on new technologies and platforms and provides direction on what emerging technologies to be assimilated, integrated and introduced within the enterprise to ensure IT capabilities respond to the needs of the enterprise's digital business strategy

- Develop and maintain annual operating and capital expenditure budget for IT

- Enhance the capabilities of IT by leveraging internal and external resources

- Develop IT sourcing strategy, in region with the help of the Director of IT sourcing, and provides oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management.

- Serve on region planning and policymaking committees; drives the development of region technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics

- Encourage the use of DBS tools to drive quality, delivery, at the best cost within the IT organization.

The Successful Applicant:

- Bachelor's (BE/B.Sc.) or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT/Information Systems, Business Administration or related field

- 15 or more years of relevant experience with 5-7 years of leadership responsibilities.

- Experience in industry-leading, large, cross-functional teams and/or enterprise-wide programs, influencing senior-level management

- Experience in IT strategic planning, organization design and development, budget management, digital transformation, project management, collaboration

- Vendor management

- Stakeholder management

- Strong Interpersonal Skills
