Reporting to the MD, your key responsibilities will include: - Design &amp; deliver technology projects incl bringing about implementation of new innovations in fin-tech &amp; insurance industry to deliver best in class technology - Manage &amp; responsible for all day to day smooth operations of technology function - Support digitization initiatives by ensuring active participation in digitization initiatives led by digitization team &amp; own technology implementation of the projects - Work closely with group technology function on common projects/initiatives &amp; responsible for excellent working relation with the group tech team - Manage a team of 30 - Implementation of industry 1st innovations which as clear bearing on productivity enhancement &amp; cost saves - Smooth operations of IT systems including network and data center management - Go live of products &amp; other planned automation enhancements on time, quality &amp; budgeted costs - Deliver clear business value on all IT spends in terms of either top-line and/or bottom-line enhancement Requirements: - 18-25 years of overall experience in relation to the insurance industry in a leadership position.
