Our Primary requirement is for

Brief JOB DESCRIPTION

- The person shall be responsible for administering and managing the Local, National and International corporate regulations applicable to the organizations

Responsibilities:

- Check and prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.

- Managing day- to day- compliance operation of the organizations

- Respond alleged violations of rules, regulations. Procedures and standard of conduct, and developing /implementing corrective action plan.

- To act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure compliance issues are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk;

- To provide reports on a regular basis

- Conducts training and awareness program

- Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program.

SKILL SETS required

- Certification on CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

- Flawless writing and Communication skills in English

- Interpersonal skills
