Key Responsibilities of this role:
1. To contribute to the development and execution of the Sales strategy for the assigned region, driving both penetration and up-selling.
2. Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual revenue and sales targets in the assigned region.
3. Provide leadership to the assigned team to further grow the Naukri Gulf share in it.
4. Effectively understand the needs of different clients and proposing customized solutions that best address those needs. Developing a good understanding of share of spend for NG and effectiveness of other channels used.
5. Responsible for existing account management and account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement. Develop deep relationships with leadership/HR team of corporates in the region.
6. Work towards improving sales processes related to training, account profiling, account monitoring, account delivery.
Experience and Education Qualification
- 12-14 years of experience in a B2B selling environment with exposure of key account handling
- MBA or equivalent.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing large deals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate sales teams.
- Ability to drive self and team to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior members in client organizations like CHROs and CXO's is a must.
