About the Role:

Infoedge is looking for a seasoned product leader for its JobHai vertical who is passionate about solving problems.

- have complete ownership of one or more core workflows on the JobHai platform

- leverage user research & data to form a deep understanding of the recruitment market dynamics

- are as comfortable building new features from scratch as with scaling existing features to delight users

- collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science & other business functions to define the vision and roadmap for your product area

- Develop a clear understanding of the existing market- needs, solutions, competition etc.

- Assess current product offerings and performance

- Define product vision for jobseeker and recruiter product

- Prepare quarterly and annual roadmap for jobseeker and recruiter product

- Hire and manage a product team to drive product roadmap

- Work closely with design and tech team to deliver quality product features which add to meaningful outcomes for users

- Work with the growth and revenue team to drive customer acquisition and revenue goals

What are we looking for:

- 8+ years of product management experience in the internet/e-commerce/marketplace business

- MBA from Tier-1 college

- B2B product management experience is preferred but not mandatory

- Comfortable taking on a people management role
