About the role:

This is a high visibility role , working cross functionally with the External digital partners, Internal Teams: Product, Technology & Sales teams , to influence some of the most important KPIs for 99acres business.

This is a team management (Leader of Managers) , managing and coaching a group of ad ops and digital platform optimizers.

Weight of various key focus areas:

Strategy: 35%

Tactical drives: 15%

Execution rigor:

People leadership (both line and cross functional influence): 35%

Continuous automation of recurring processes: 15%

Expectations/Requirements :

- Drive/Execute full stack data driven Performance Marketing campaigns, focused on key metrics in terms of Strategy, Team management, Growth Management, and Revenue management.

- Develop digital platform expertise across Meta solutions, Google products - Search, Display, Performance Max, Discovery, native channels, programmatic partners and affiliate networks to deliver as per clientele needs

- Perform in-depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategy for key partners

- Ability to strongly influence & work upon product enhancements/automation from a digital marketing perspective

- Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth

- Suggest new features/product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behaviour.

Preferred qualifications :

- Extensive experience in digital marketing across popular platforms and channels

- Adept at solving problems that span business and technology

- MBA from top B school is preferred

- Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes

- Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills

- Supreme analytical skills with the ability to dig out actionable insights.
