Business Development Manager - ERP, IT -Sales.   Experience - 8+ years   Job Location - Dubai (Local candidate)   The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be based in Dubai, and will hold responsibility to generate business and maintain the company's continued growth pattern in the Dubai /Middle East by forming and maintaining good business relationships. This position will also contain elements of market analysis, periodic market surveys, and strategic partnerships in order to strategically identify and penetrate new and lucrative markets.  Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating and closing new contracts across the country. BDM will be expected to utilize their existing network of contacts to expand the company's regional portfolio.  Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:  - Business Development Manager will capture new business in the Dubai /Middle East region.   - Monitors market conditions, product innovations and trends, competitors' products & Services, pricing and sales strategies to maximize competitive stance;  - Stays abreast of business strategies and trends to effectively acquire new business and to maximize revenue growth period over period with existing customers;  - Schedules regular face-to-face meetings and sales calls with new customers and existing customers to assess short and long-term needs as per requirements to be met on Knowledge Performance Indicators.  - Evaluation of Inquiries, Technical and Commercial discussions with Customers.  - Participate in Company presentations with customers; attend seminars and business promotion events.  - Travel to Customer sites as necessary to support proposals and sales.  - Develop business opportunities by involving in application oriented discussions with customers.  - Gather business intelligence to aid preparation of proposals.  - Develops a close working relationship with key decision makers at existing accounts.  - Develop contacts within large operating companies in country and culminate in high level meetings with the senior management, Decision Makers and the client.  - Ensures customers questions are addressed in a timely and professional manner  Desired Skills and Experience  - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Equivalent with 8+ years of Experience.   - Must have 4+ years experience working in the Dubai / Middle East and across the region.  - Should have a proven track record of success ERP/ IT sales and business development in Dubai region.   - Must have experience in selling ERP / Mobility / IT Services.   - Must have the ability to successfully negotiate multimillion dollar contracts.  - Strong business acumen and attention to detail.  - Excellent communication, strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills.  - High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
