Position : Recruiter-International with a focus on the US

Location : Nagpur, India

Scope : International USA (Could incl APAC,EMEA)

Reports : Head HR (International Business)

Objective :

- Recruit the best talent to serve the business needs.

- Build a future talent pipeline to meet the future business needs across geographies.

Responsibilities :

- Manages the Full cycle recruitment and administration of the hiring process.

- Sources potential candidates through a variety of channels, develops recruitment strategies with client groups, interviews candidates while representing InfoCepts as an employer of choice and proactively builds a pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle should have working experience with direct as well as Tier-1 clients.

- Works with hiring managers in a consultative approach to fill all open needs.

- Administers pre-employment testing; assists hiring managers with interview scheduling; prepares interview guides/questions for hiring managers as needed.

- Coordinates the offer process with the Hiring Manager, Recruiting Manager and Recruiting & Geo HRBP.

- Sources profiles, screen and identify qualified IT resources for current and future requirements.

- Uses effective resourcing strategies through social networking sites like LinkedIn, Google to attract passive talent.

- Develops and maintains network through Vendor, LinkedIn etc.

- Maintains complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis through various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals

Skills and Specifications :

Preferred Background : Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management (Tier-1/2 Only)

- Overall 5 - 8 years of experience managing US based hiring in multinational companies.

- Exposure and experience of managing recruitment for IT organizations for international locations(US and APAC a distinct advantage)

- Must have understanding of recruiting IT Professionals for US Companies.

- Track record to build candidate pipeline, high on perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.

- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills

- Prior experience of working in a start-up environment and an experience of developing international recruitment processes and policies preferred

- Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders

- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications

- Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST and PST).

- Have experience working with third party vendors.

- Ability to be productive while working independently in a high paced environment with minimal supervision and high ownership.

- Deep expertise with LinkedIn and other social media channels.

- Well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
