Objective :
- Provide HR advice and advise business managers for translating business requirements into HR services, programs and initiatives across the assigned geographies.
- Deliver HR services to the business and create a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of InfoCepts HR processes.
- Implement various HR programs, policies, processes etc. in the account teams internationally.
- Liaison with Head of HR (International Business) and location business managers to drive the people agenda at a Geographic level.
- Understand the pulse of employees by conducting regular meetings with employees.
- Drive Employee engagement initiatives, enable retention programs, ensure training delivery, provide subject matter expertise in country policy & benefits, advise and partner with various function teams
- Understand Country specific labor regulations, market practice and customize to implement them into the InfoCepts system.
- Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Onboard and assimilate local staff into the InfoCepts culture
- Builds strong relationships and provides trusted advice to managers on the full range of HR programs, such as performance management, succession planning and talent development.
- Assists in defining a robust Performance Management Process and drives the same working closely with the Senior HR Leadership
- Leads Market research & participate in Salary Benchmarking into emerging trends, issues and best practices
- Supports mobility of international associates in collaboration with global mobility team
- Advises and support Managers on Performance Management Process and policies and it's linkage to C&B aspects
Preferred Background:
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management(Tier-1 Only)
- Overall 4-6 years of experience with ideally with a HR generalist roles and HR projects focus in multinational companies.
- Experience in IT/ Exposure and experience of managing employee base in US or international locations such as APAC,EMEA a distinct advantage
- ITES a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience of working in a start-up environment and an experience of developing HR processes and policies preferred
- Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
