Purpose of the role: We are seeking a seasoned program management leader to spearhead various complex initiatives, encompassing both existing projects and new endeavors. These initiatives will span a breadth of key strategic priorities for the business including, but not limited to the following: - Getting the network flywheel going in a specific geography through smart acquisition programs to acquire jobs and jobseekers - Establishing an insights program that feeds into our algorithms and products to deliver best-in-class relevance in strategic priority cohorts - Building a customer forum aimed at fostering industry insights sharing and soliciting feedback on new product ideas - Overseeing a best-in-class fraud detection program focused on safeguarding job seeker data and mitigating revenue leakages We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real business impact and help bring transformational changes on the Naukri platform by running these large scale programs in close coordination with product, data science, technology and other business teams. Experience and Education Qualification: - Engineer and/or MBA from premier university with experience of 6-9 years, having experience in running strategic cross-functional programs Desired Candidate Profile: - Can balance strategic thinking with the ability to deep dive into operational nuances and is willing to get their hands dirty - Is a self-starter who can independently engage and collaborate with senior management for collaborative problem solving - Has keen business acumen and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity - Has very strong program/project management skills and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders - Can hire, coach and mentor teams to deliver complex projects within the stipulated timelines
