Role: Lead Product Management

Reporting to: Founder

What will you do as part of the Product Team?

- At the core, build a product that offers an outstanding recruitment experience for job seekers and value for recruiters in blue/grey collar segment

- Work closely with a team of skilled engineers, designers and data scientists to not just execute BUT also set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the product

- End-user research to understand the market need gaps

- Develop new feature ideas and rapidly validate them - be creative AND data driven

- Take risks, but build something AWESOME which creates value for the end user

- Did we say be data driven? no harm saying it again

Required Experience/ Skills :

- Graduate from tier-1 college/university (IIMs/ISBs/IITs)

- Over 4 years of product experience in a top internet firm (Amazon, Uber, Flipkart, etc) or experience with a top tier consulting firm

- You have experience in doing user research, A/B testing and are familiar with relevant techniques
